I second that. There was a great improvement
to MIRI management about two years ago.
Whether that is a good thing rather depends on your perspective:
If you approve of their plan to install their proposed
"take-over-the-world" machine without first sharing their
design with outsiders, it might seem like a good thing.
On the other hand, if you don't like the look of their plans,
more effective execution would seem to count as a setback.
