P is a proposition. Can be either a fact or a goal. How do you represent it?
Also, if there is a rule R, that contains Fact Q and Goal P, how do you represent those? ~PM Date: Sun, 6 Jul 2014 21:32:26 -0500 From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [agi] Goals vs. Facts State-transition space. Or something with a similar name. The system or agent has a set of states, the goal is to get the system or agent to a goal-state. The "universe" (or whatever you want to call it) has constraints on how those transitions can be made. So is P a fact that effects constraints on transitions, or is it a goal-state? -- Dimitry On 7/6/2014 7:50 PM, Piaget Modeler via AGI wrote: Given a proposition P, how have people represented that notion that P is a goal of the system versus P being a fact that is true in the system?
