Hmmm..... But, Iran has threatened to attack other countries.  In my
scenario, the AGI host country is not threatening anybody.

And anyway, nobody is attacking Iran now, right?   They're making sanctions
against Iran, but a clever AGI might not mind that so much anyway; it could
probably find ways to work around them...   And in the end I think some
countries would violate any such sanctions and trade with the AGI host
country for purely economic reasons...

Still, there are obviously a lot of possible scenarios to consider !! ...
