As unlikely as it may be, we have to consider #4: that we're the first civilization to reach this level of technology within the lifespan of this universe. Also, #3 doesn't say anything because even if this is a simulation created by an MMM, MMM's are still a possibility within that simulation. Finally, an AGI doesn't need to have the ability to do MMM to wipe out humanity.
