Yes, I would agree with that. Of course, the entire Novamente AI design can be described in purely physical terms. (i.e., in algorithmic terms, which can be translated into physical terms by introducing some particular computing machine as the substrate.) It's the *motivation* for the various parts of the design that sometimes involves subjective, experiential notions -- NOT the specification of the design.
