Well, obviously, it's up to you what you want to discuss - but I don't think
that what I'm asking for - the basic elements of the AGI's "sign system" -
requires a lengthy paper. Jeff Hawkins' site has a page devoted to showing how
his system derives its templates of dog - that gives you an idea of what he is
doing, without in any way revealing or dealing with the programming
nitty-gritty.

P.S. My guess would be that airing the basic concepts of your system - in this
case the basic "concepts of concepts!" - would actually be helpful - and aid
rather than hinder their development. But good luck whatever.

AGI design will work?]

Anyway, I'll wait with baited breath to hear your exposition of the
fundamentals of your system - and what I personally would like to hear is not
so much the details of your programming, but simply the different forms that
"dog" , "move" "goal" take - e.g. word "d-o-g", icon of dog, movie of dog
running, or whatever... and how one kind of representation can call up any
other kind - and of course how you can COMBINE concepts. Will your system be
able to form a composite movie of a dog and a cat running together from two
separate movies, and how? All this and more, of course, the human brain can do.

Well, describing all that is not a matter for a brief email or brief article
for that matter ... now you are talking about the nitty-gritty of the NM AGI
design which is a long story!!
