Sorry, Ed, but I'm not aware of any tightly-coupled system that has all of four of the behaviors. The closest that I can come is a website with a growing twenty-questions or identification game with personalization (and does logging). The real gotcha, though is the "Are the functions describing the behavior deeply nonlinear". You're just not going to find that with the first three.
