Yes but the hundreds of millions of targets in India, and billions worldwide, 
will obviously need new computers - and the question is how viably and fast 
that can be done. If it can be done reasonably at that price, then it's in more 
or less everyone's interests except Apple and Microsoft (still one of the most 
outrageously profitable companies thanks to Mr Charity Gates) to even give 
those computers away.

The video says it has 2 GB of memory. I assume that's SSD and there is no disk.


It's actually not hard to find a computer for $35. People are always throwing 
away old computers that still work.
