I am getting similar issues. Often graphs are empty unless I can clear
the cache - looking at the logs the browser is not even requesting the
graph calculations from the server.
Often chaningg the log level fixes this (presumably similar to the
agilo/general sugggestion).
However I have one project set up where I cannot get it to rerequest
the data at all...
