Yes. You could also do this via the web admin.
However, It seems that I'm still missing a important detail as when I try to access the project's trac home page it is all messed up.
Can you describe what you're seeing on the home page?The log looks fine to me (please send the log as attachement next time). However trac 0.11.1 may cause problems. 0.11.5 has many speed improvements and bug fixes.
