I ran into this myself just today. Only unscheduled tickets are shown  
in the Product Backlog. Assigning milestones to Requirements and  
Stories schedules them for that milestone. Assigning sprints to a task  
schedules it.

You can either update all desired Stories to have no Milestone  
assigned, or you could create a Milestone Backlog.
