You can create a custom backlog showing items planned or unplanned.

- As admin, go to Admin -> Agilo -> Backlogs
- Take a peek at the settings of Product Backlog
- Make a new Backlog
- Make it 'global', ticket types 'Requirement' and 'User Story' and add the columns that you'd like to see.

I ran into this myself just today. Only unscheduled tickets are shown
in the Product Backlog. Assigning milestones to Requirements and
Stories schedules them for that milestone. Assigning sprints to a task
schedules it.

You can either update all desired Stories to have no Milestone
assigned, or you could create a Milestone Backlog.

Hello.

I have one question regarding visibility of stories in product
backlog. Problem is, that I can't see requirements and stories in
product backlog. In one post I read, that stories, that are assigned
to some sprint are not visible in product backlog. Is this really the
case and wouldn't be better if user decided on his own with some
filter, that he would like to exclude assigned stores from view.
Even if this explains missing stories from backlog I really don't
understand why is added requrement not visible in product backlog
(currently without assigned stories). I also assigned requrement to
milestone.

Env:
- CentOS 5.3 final
- trac 0.11.5
- mysql 5.0.45
- python 2.4
- binary_agilo-1.0.1_PRO-py2.4.egg.zip

User permissions:
TRAC_ADMIN, SCRUM_MASTER, PRODUCT_OWNER

Steps I took:
- I created sprint s1 and connect it to milestone m1
- I created stories and assigned them to s1
- I created tasks and linked them to stories in s1
- when I look at s1, I can see stories that I added to s1 with
burndown, estimates, ...
- when I click on the product backlog it is empty

I am aware that I should first create requrements, add stories to
them, tasks to stories but I think that it is also acceptible behavior
to do the opposite order of hirearchy building.

Does anyone know, where is the problem.

Thanks very much for your help,

br
