This is becoming quite a pain, as in the last two days, I've had to fix this problem manually on four occasions. Does anyone have a workaround for this at all?
I'm guessing this happens because Agilo wants to follow the ticket reference to create the tooltip (which is a very useful feature) that displays the summary of the ticket.
