This worked and the backlog shows up now, thank you. I suppose i didn't realize that linking was a parent->child relationship, rather than merely a hyperlink between tickets. To clarify how to avoid in the future, a ticket cannot be a parent of another ticket and also have the field 'remaining time.' Is this correct? thanks for the help. -Craig
