No, this file is used automatically and it contains some code to make
TracWysiwyg aware of Agilo. However it could be that the plugin changed
so we need some different code.
Can you try to use an older version of TracWysiwyg - if an older version
works, we know for sure we need to adapt our code. Otherwise it might be
a problem inside Agilo itself and we need to investigate this further.
