I guess there is no way we can access your installation somehow?
Alternatively a dump of your trac environment (including the database) could help us reproducing the isse.

As a last resort maybe you can send us some of your data:
1. We need the JSON for the backlog. You can capture that with Firebug
   for example (or the Safari/Chrome Developer Tools). There is a
   request to /json/sprints/<SprintName>/backlog.
   The server response contains a big chunk of JSON which contain the
   complete ticket data. Please send this over.
2. Then there is some config data embedded in the HTML source code.
   Search for BACKLOG_INFO and send this as well.

If we have both we can reproduce the problem very likely.
