Hi, We noticed that tickets (stories, bugs) started 'disappearing' from the product backlog as the product progressed through time. We pin pointed this to several issues with global scope backlogs (such as the product backlog):
1. Tickets with a milestone but without a sprint - the global backlog doesn't show these, so it is fairly easy to 'lose' these tickets. for example: - story X is assigned to a sprint, which automatically assigns a milestone. - Then, for some reason, the story is removed from the sprint. This clears the 'sprint' field but _DOESN'T_ clear the 'milestone' field - The result: the ticket does not show on the global backlog, and 'disappears' from any future reviews of a global backlog. I tried using the 'BatchModifyPlugin' to reset the 'Milestone' field so these tickets, but then received a 'AttributeError: 'Ticket' object has no attribute 'is_writeable_field' error. This may be an Agilo issue. see the complete bug report on http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/9452 2. Not all bugs showing on product backlog - We have a global backlog showing open bugs. When viewing the 'status' on these bugs, it seems that agilo only shows 'new' bugs in global backlogs. However, it should also show bugs that are 'reopened' or 'assigned' (we have some of these, even when not assigned to a sprint). I couldn't find any way to have Agilo show bugs with status other than 'new'. -- Follow Agilo on Twitter: http://twitter.com/agiloforscrum Please support us by reviewing and voting on: http://userstories.com/products/8-agilo-for-scrum http://ohloh.net/p/agilo-scrum http://freshmeat.net/projects/agiloforscrum You have received this message because you are subscribed to the "Agilo for Scrum" Google Group.
