Agilo's CSV interface solved the issue this time, but it happens again
the next time I remove a ticket from a sprint. For example:
 - open the sprint backlog for some sprint
 - edit story X -> clear the 'sprint' field
 - result: the story and all its tasks are removed from sprint

however, story X does not appear in the product backlog and any global
backlog.

I verified this by creating a custom query where 'milestone is not
empty' and 'sprint is empty'. The query shows story X and its tasks
as having a milestone but no sprint.
