clears the 'sprint' field but _DOESN'T_ clear the 'milestone' field

I figured out how to solve that (really old bug) just after the last release. The bugfix will be published this week.

I tried using the 'BatchModifyPlugin' to reset the 'Milestone' field
so these tickets, but then received a 'AttributeError: 'Ticket' object
has no attribute 'is_writeable_field' error.
This may be an Agilo issue. see the complete bug report on
http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/9452

As I wrote in that ticket, please ask the author to use agilo.ticket.model.AgiloTicket instead of trac.model.ticket.Ticket when Agilo is loaded. As a workaround you might want to try Agilo's CSV interface.

2. Not all bugs showing on product backlog - We have a global backlog
showing open bugs. When viewing the 'status' on these bugs, it seems
that agilo only shows 'new' bugs in global backlogs. However, it
should also show bugs that are 'reopened' or 'assigned' (we have some
of these, even when not assigned to a sprint). I couldn't find any way
to have Agilo show bugs with status other than 'new'.

Can you make sure that these bugs have no milestone set in the database?
