Hi there,

(using Windows 7 Professional 32bit, Agilo Windows Installer Package)

when upgrading from Agilo 1.2.1 to 1.3.0.7 we get the following error:

-----------------------------8<-----------------------------
Trac Error

TracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded.

Run "trac-admin c:\program files\agilo\tracenv\test upgrade"
-----------------------------8<-----------------------------

Executing the trac-admin upgrade seems to have no effect, as it states
that the "Database is up to date, no upgrade necessary." (not sure, if
it should be like that...)

I performed the Agilo upgrade by renaming the Agilo directory,
installing the new version using the Agilo Windows installer package,
then copying the ./tracenv/ directory from the old directory to the
new one, replacing the new one. Later I also changed a few lines in
the ./tracenv/test/conf/trac.ini according to the upgrade guide
(https://dev.agile42.com/wiki/agilo/dev/users/UpgradeGuide),
activating/deactivating Agilo/Trac components according to it, and
changing the templates path to the right place. (for the trac.ini, see
here: http://www.dglr.de/trac.ini)

Any help appreciated.

Regards,
  Carsten Koenig
