when upgrading from Agilo 1.2.1 to 1.3.0.7 we get the following error:
-----------------------------8<-----------------------------
Trac Error
TracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded.
Run "trac-admin c:\program files\agilo\tracenv\test upgrade"
-----------------------------8<-----------------------------
Executing the trac-admin upgrade seems to have no effect, as it states
that the "Database is up to date, no upgrade necessary." (not sure, if
it should be like that...)
No, that command should have updated your database but it did not in
your case. Something is wrong. Maybe an old version of Agilo is around
or Agilo can not be found...
Please try this:
1) trac-admin <env> permission list
This should list Agilo permissions like AGILO_BACKLOG_VIEW
2) Start python
>>> import agilo; agilo.__file__
This should point to the directory where the new Agilo is installed
3) Enable DEBUG logging and check for lines:
- ERROR
- skipped component loading: 'Skipping'
I'm also not sure about caching in Windows, this OS has a well known
track record of 'rebooting fixed the problem'.
