Thanks for the answer. I did all the installation steps again (after deinstalling the actual version, I restarted the computer, installing new version, copying directory), and the error came up again. Doing the trac-admin upgrade didn't succeed afterwards, again. Then I continued with steps 1) and 2) you mentioned - now it works.... ?!? - thought these steps were just to get some information... *weired*
