When I edit any field on the milestone the due column is converted
from microseconds (trac 0.12.1)  to seconds (like it trac 0.11.x).

Looking at AgiloMilestone vs the Trac Changeset 9210, I suspect where
to_timestamp is being called to_utimestamp should be used for trac
0.12.x.
