I disagree. I vote FOR. I am voting FOR. I hereby vote FOR. all are equivalent to each other and to At the present instant, I am taking the action of voting FOR It's still a statement; it just so happens that the game makes the statement ipso facto true. I don't think the fallacy is legal or logical; I believe it's Goethe et al's grammatical fallacy that "I vote FOR" is not a statement.
