Welcome lucidiot as well. We have treated some new players poorly in the past (we were awful to Cuddlebeam when e first joined) but I'd like to think we are relatively welcoming. Expectations might be high (maybe too high) for someone like PSS who holds like a million offices. I think what would be most useful to say and understand is that Agora is multifaceted enough that you can put in as much or as little effort as you like. You can hold a million offices and try hard to win every subgame, or you can just vote on proposals and judge a CFJ or two, or you can take no game actions at all and just offer your opinions/discuss things and those are all valid ways to play.
