I'm not sure if the problem is in the mod or the engine (I can't help with mod problems, really), but I think I've missed something somewhere. Anyway, I just can't make this bug happen here with only vanilla AudioQuake. All the instances get reported with alt ports. But my machine is directly net-connected (no firewall). Can you give this a try just using AudioQuake and see if it works for you as well? Please report this problem as a bug. We'll have to get around to it at some point.
