No, I don't think this can be an issue we know about already, after all

So it would be the mod you're using; it worked for me when only AudioQuake 
servers are being started ...

Master protocol doesn't require anything special, only UDP replies must be 
allowed in.

I'm not sure if the problem is in the mod or the engine (I can't help with 
mod problems, really), but I think I've missed something somewhere.  
Anyway, I just can't make this bug happen here with only vanilla 
AudioQuake.  All the instances get reported with alt ports.  But my 
machine is directly net-connected (no firewall).  Can you give this a try 
just using AudioQuake and see if it works for you as well?

Please report this problem as a bug.  We'll have to get around to it at 
some point.
