Hi list, In my project I want to compare two images with binary states, i.e., these two images are aligned in the same grid system and each pixel has two possible states (absence or presence). I wonder if there is any spatial statistics to quantify the similarity/discrepancy between these two images? It would be greatly appreciated if somebody could give me references.
