Hi, I had a similar, in fact an even graver, problem a few days ago. My firefox refused to work after an update stating that the software was not compatible with my screen reader. It, however, prompted me to shift to accessible firefox version which I did. Firefox is now working fine, even better than before. Sorry, I am not able to tell you how to download that version since I was automatically prompted by the software to do that. Best, Sandeep
