The first six lines are from loading the main page in a browser, the last two lines are from me attempting to load just "prototype.ashx" in a browser. I'm guessing that you're right about some filter or permissions setting that might not be allowing the .ashx file to be created on the fly, but am at a loss on how to track down what it is.
