When trying to use AjaxPro on a server, is it good enough to make a
reference to it in the project or do you manually have to copy it
somewhere on the server?  I figured just adding a reference to it was
good enough because then the dll appears in the bin folder, which would
then exist on the server since the projects are on the server.  What is
the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) and where is it?
