@Roman: There is no problem with the example on github. I haven't tried running it, but I took inspiration from it to set up Akka in my container. My question is in fact a "state of the union" question. What I was after was whether some work has already been done on some kind of Akka-fied API to OSGi itself. perhaps [1] gives you the best impression of what I was looking for. @Ian: Sounds like you are targeting the same software stack that intend to use.
