Az eves ado fele (elso felev) tiszta, mert az az "A" onkormit illeti. Az
eves ado masik felet kell osztani "A" "B" es "C" kozott! Olyan nem lehet,
hogy a szekhelyre ne jusson iparuzesi ado, ha nincs ott semmi sem, akkor is,
es valahol azt olvastam, hogy a vallalkozo meloidejenek megosztasa alapjan
kell hozza szemelyi raf.-ot rendelni.
Miutan a szekhely es telephelyek kozti hozzarendeles a vegyes modszer
alapjan megtortent, a masodik felevi reszt aranyosan szet lehet osztani. Meg
annyit, hogy az eves adot nem idopontra vonatkozoan kell ertelmezni, hiszen
az eszkoz ill. szemelyi jellegu raforditasokat sem egy napon szamoljuk el,
hanem meghatarozott idoszakra vonatkoznak, tehat az idotartam a mervado.

Sziasztok!
Ev kozben atkoltoztunk tobb illetekessegi teruletre, elso felevben
teljes ceg csak egy onkormihoz tartozott "A" telepulesen. Ev masodik
feleben szekhely "B"-ben, telephely "A"-ban es "C"-ben. Tevekenyseg,
eszkozok, munkavallalok csak "A"-ban es "C"-ben.
Szerintem a szekhely szerinti onkormi csak nullas bevallast kap, mert
ott nincs se eszkoz, se dolgozo. Vegyes megosztast kell alkalmaznunk.
Kerdesem az, hogy az ev vegi allapot szerint kell-e a megosztast majd
kiszamolni vagy figyelembe kell venni valahogyan az elso felev 100%-os
"A" telepulesen torteno jelenletet, majd a masodik felevben "C"-ben kb
90%-ban, "A"-ban csak 10%-ban maradt tevekenyseg.
Szerintem evkozi megosztast biztos nem lehet csinalni, mert az idoszaki
zarashoz kozbenso merleget kene csinalni, arrol viszont nem szol a fama,
de azt sen nevesiti a tv, hogy a dec. 31-i allapot a figylembe veendo.
