minden n.evben le kell adni, mert kulonben az eveseknek nem lesz csa II. es
IV. n.eves bevallas.

De tulajdonkeppen mindegy, nem tul nagy melo a nullas bevallasok legyartasa,
es abbol meg baj nem volt, ha lelkesen leadtad. Nekem (ma delelott
nyujtottam be az osszeset) mar feldolgozasi uzenetek is erkeztek jopar
ilyenre.
