Well, after hours [;-)] of work, I am getting close to having an
Ant-based GUMP!. It was rather straightforward porting the results of
the run that I had successfully completed with the current GUMP.
I did have a few questions though. Should I start to create a
workspace/project DTD? I think I am starting to have some
understanding of the XML format, and it might be good for more people
to not have to go through that ;-)
Are the projects that are listed on the status pages only project that
have a cvs and/or a ant/script element? For instance, you don't show
ejb or jndi.
Also, any problems with me adding the necessary code to be able to
distribute the jars that GUMP builds from those status pages? My
intent is to try and start the CJAN type thing, and I think this is a
good start ;-) What do you guys think of CoffeeBar as a name?
Any problems with me moving some stuff around? For example, in the
jakarta-ant.xml, the cvs tag was in the master project. My ant-based
system does not separate the cvs get from the actual build, so I had
to move the cvs tag into the bootstrap-ant project, as that is the
first one to execute. Comments appreciated.
Should have something published on the web later today, I hope...
