I do not get cactus-23 directories due to the error you can see at
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/gump/2001-09-21/jakarta-cactus-23.html .
Everything else matches.
It is also worth pointing out that prior to running either of these two, I
build with target="jar.ant".
