ok, found ! Nothing so complex as I was imagining ... much more simple ...
It's simply because there is no clean done by the dist.gump target and thus
at some point the target/ directory is not deleted prior to copying the
files to the dist directory. This is a bug that I introduced probably a week
ago when I though I would be smart and replaced a hard coded "target/**"
pattern by "${out.dir}" ... but that was wrong. I'm now reverting back this
change and it will solve this issue.
I humbly apologize for this mistake. But now at least, I know how GUMP works
... :)
Regarding the build failure for cactus-23, I have just discovered it was
failing [I was actually relying on the gump email to warn me when a failure
was occurring and am almost never going to the GUMP web results page. As I
have not been receiving any failure from GUMP for the past week I thought
everything was ok ...]. I am investigating now.
