Modified: proposal/gump/profile gump.xml
Removed: proposal/gump/project jakarta-avalon-excalibur.xml
Log:
Putting back Gump descriptor in excalibur CVS to be able to work
together and get a fill excalibur Gump run.
If you simply checkout jakarta-avalon-excalibur and try to build the
docs target, it will fail (with or without gump). The problem is
hardcoded relative paths in each of the excalibur subproject targets.
This has nothing to do with the gump descriptor. See:
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=avalon-dev&m=103963156000641&w=2
MHO is that it part of a responsibility issue. In my organization when
things fail I move the responsability to those that can really influence
the thing. The fact that the descriptor is not the cause is not IMHO the
point. It's also quite possible that I'm wrong though.
The plan was to move all these descriptors to a place where *everybody*
could update them.
We are waiting... (whistle-tune)
