I had a 1985 GTV-6
with TRX tires and it was not a
Maratona. Fast good handling car with
disappointing back
seat head room compared to my former 1975 Alfetta GT.
I had an Alfetta GT and later a GTV6 (or two) and I never noticed any
difference in back seat head room. Of course I seldom rode back there. It is
the same body after all and unless the Alfetta seats were lower and less
padded the head room would be the same. Right?
I remember my 1750 GTV that had virtually no padding in the rear seat bottom
and the "cutout" in the rear headliner where the fabric was glued directly
to the steel. It was, as I understood it, necessary to meet the FIA head
room measurment for sedans.
