Yes, the 4 cam engine deffo bolts onto the five speed from any of the 164
models. The real beauty of using this combination in a mid-engine car is the
engine position. On the 164, the engine hangs out in front of the wheels.
When moved back to the mid-engine location, the engine is well forward of
the rear wheels.
