5 quarts won't do it.

Officially, as Russ says, it's around 7.2 - 7.5 quarts. I always put in 8
quarts when I change the oil, I find it results in a reading right at the top
of the dip stick.

5 quarts, and you're running very low..

Subject: [alfa] oil level

Does any one know the amount of oil that goes in an Alfetta oil pan ? Not sure
I have the correct dipstick . Looks like 5 qts fills it . Better still , how
about a measurement on a correct dipstick from the bottom of the flange to the
max fill mark . Thanks , Roy
