What about APE? They should have one that they took OFF of another
GTV-6 and it should fit. Did you try steaming or boiling one end of
the IAP replacement to stretch it? I did that with the rubber intake
boot when I installed a larger BMW AFM on my original 2.5 Liter engine
(I have the "Highperfomancestore" Silicone air-inlet system now) and
it worked perfectly. Boiling/steaming does soften the rubber, but you
have to work fast. Of course, if this fuel filler pipe is reinforced
rubber (with nylon or steel), you're out of luck.

Yes, they have a straight replacement - same size both ends. It
doesn't work, and they say they don't have another option.

Replace it. A replacement hose should be available from IAP, and as I
recall, it's reasonable. If not Call APE and ask Sr. if he has any
good ones. I'm sure he does.
