Interesting results--One question. If one has a car (84 GTV-6) the AFM of
which has been previously fiddled with, how can one know what the "original
setting" was?
Best regards,
Alan Lambert

Hi Again Alfisti,
My first email had the results of my California Smog Test badly
garbled (as I had feared). Thanks to all who
provided suggestions and inputs. I didn't notice any driveablity
problems by making the AFM setting 3 and 7 notches lean. That's
probably because these are minute changes in the air fuel mixture
compared to the rich-lean adjustment range that can be obtained in a
carbureted car.
I hope this time the results are more readable.
