I agree with Kevin's suggestion. I chased a "hunting" problem on my GTV6
for a long time. Mine didn't do it always, but often enough to be very
annoying. It was careful adjustment of the TPS that finally solved the
problem. Greg Gordon's L-Jetronic tuning article is excellent. Print it
out and give it to your mechanic, or follow it yourself and it will make
your L-Jet perform as well as it can.

the throttle position sensor (TPS) is not adjusted correctly, you want
to have it set so it clicks *just* as the throttle starts turning the
flap in the throttle body.
