Again only fmy opinion, the LS-P4 is by far the best recorder Olympus have ever produced given the price and this machine has just so much going for it in so many ways. The LS-100 has quite a few problems and that's unfortunate for it too is a good recorder apart from being far too sensitive to interference from the surrounding environment.
