Hey Tom. If iDo you think you deleted it by accident? If it's not in the recycle bin and was deleted by accident, say if your system is set not to use the recycle bin or you used shift-delete, which I think just marks a file's space as being usable, effectively deleting it, then you would need some kind of file recovery software to get it back. Those do exist and they should work if you haven't overwritten the data. Although I was looking into ones to use a while ago I never did end up trying any because none of them were really capable fo doing what I wanted, which was basically recovering an entire file system, at least not for free, and I didn't want to take the chance of the programme being basically unusable. But to recover a single file, there are usually trials you can download and attempt. However before any of that, have you tried searching the entire drive fo the filename or something approximating the filename, to see if it ended up in a different folder you weren't planning on putting it in?

I have tried searches in Windows (to no avail) I do have another program I could try, but I sort of doubt that it'll tell me anything either, so if someone can come up with things I might try that'll help me locate and access this file, that would be greatly appreciated!
