my guess is that there is some corruption in profile settings. To confirm
please close quickstarter, rename folder "OpenOffice.org2" in "x:\Documents
and Settings\username\Application Data\" to something else and restart OO. If
it stops exhibiting problematic behavior zip original "OpenOffice.org2" and
attach to your issue, so that developers could debug the code.
