2007 -------
Starting with v2.1 (not v2.0.x) Writer started using 100 percent CPU on one of
my two CPU's in my dual-core Athlon 64 system. It seems it doesn't matter what
document I open. Initially, for the first minute or two, the load remains at
near-null (~0.0) but then it at some point goes up to 100 percent and stays
there (which in a dual-core system is seen as the load staying at 50%).

I have searched the issue database and there was another problem with 100
percent load (search for "uses 100 cpu") back in 2003, with 1.1 or thereabouts,
but this issue was closed and also related to OO.Writer hanging upon exit.

There's no functional problems whatsoever -- everything works fine, OO.Writer
exits nicely, the process does not hang and does not need to be closed with
TaskManager, the only problem there is is that OO.Writer uses 100 percent CPU.
