------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Apr 11 18:27:49 +0000 2007 ------- OK, so I want to use Draw as a replacement for MS-Visio: it should work equally well or better when integrated with Word or Write. With Visio in Word, I select Insert->Object->Visio Drawing, and a drawing appears in Word. I can resize the drawing canvas. If I left-click and select Open, Visio comes up with the drawing, with the bounding box or "paper size" equal to the size that chose in Word. With Draw in Word, I can not resize the box. So this is bug No. 1. With Draw in Write, I can resize the box, but when I open the drawing I always get a full 8.5 x 11 sheet, not the bounding box I chose in Write. It's not clear what the boundary is. It does something weird- the last scrolling position seems to position the drawing in the Write box. Yuck. If I edit the drawing in either Write or Word it is useless because you can not zoom the drawing. I think this is broken for Visio in Word as well. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
