AW->THB: Please verify. It's about invalidating the correct range for
OverlayObjects ATM. Problem is that a horizontal logic range leads to an empty
pixel range when using LogicToPixel, so i changed
OverlayManager::invalidateRange (see svx) to use floor/ceil from a B2DRange
which gets computed e.g. from OverlayManagerBuffered::invalidateRange by using
the new GetViewTransformation() from OutDev. You may just grep for '#i75163#' in
svx for aw051 on cws02.
