cd->kohei: I think that always enabling the "Save" function is the better way to
go. But that's my opinion. I want to get "User Experience" involved and decide
it based on user input.
cd->cj,fl,bh: We now have a patch for this issue, please try decide as soon as
possible if this problem is a usability issue and should be solved. From my
point of view we should accept the patch.
cd->mav: Please check the patch as it make changes in your code area. From my
point of view the patch is ok.
